Conference registration
The PSLLT 2025 conference registration is now open. You can select from among the following registration options:
Student ($150)
Full conference registration for student attendees, with proof of student status. Each ticket includes access to all conference events, welcome reception on 15 October, snacks & coffee during the conference, and lunch on 16 October.
Ticket price: $150 + 14.975% Québec tax = $172.46
Regular ($300)
Full conference registration for nonstudent attendees. Each ticket includes access to all conference events, welcome reception on 15 October, snacks & coffee during the conference, and lunch on 16 October.
Ticket price: $300 + 14.975% Québec tax = $344.93
Certified Quebec school teacher & Concordia TESL B.Ed. student
Day 2 (October 17) conference registration for Quebec school teachers or currently registered Concordia TESL B.Ed. students. Each ticket includes access to all conference events on Friday, 17 October 2025. This registration is valid only for 17 October 2025.
Ticket price: free with proof of teaching license (brevet) or current registration in the Concordia TESL B.Ed. program
All conference registration rates include free access to two conference workshops taking place on 15 October 2025 (tentatively 1:00-4:00 pm, with a break). Register for one of the two workshops early as space is limited.
If you select both workshops during the registration process, you will get an error message. The two workshops are scheduled as parallel sessions so it's possible to attend only one of the two workshops.
At the time of the registration (or anytime afterwards), you can purchase tickets for the conference dinner (16 October) and the conference trip to Mont Tremblant (18 October 2025).
Conference dinner
16 October 2025 (6:30-10:30 PM): Enjoy a delicious meal, network, and have fun with colleagues and friends at Bar George. Exhibiting grandeur and opulence, the rooms in this historic building have been revitalized with stylish furnishings that complement the ornate heritage details. Intricate wood paneling, grand fireplaces and sublime stained glass windows afford a sense of luxury unlike any other space in the city.
Ticket price: $126 (inclusive of a three-course meal, a drink ticket, & gratuity) + $9 processing fee + 14.975% Québec tax = $155.22
Conference trip
18 October 2025 (all day): Take part in a day excursion to visit Mont Tremblant, the jewel of the Laurentians, which looks spectacular any time of the year but especially in the bright colours of the fall foliage - leaving Montréal in the morning, returning in early evening (download the trip brochure).
Ticket price: $95 + $7 processing fee + 14.975% Québec tax = $117.27
